Zagreb’s Vatreni Zone ready for Croatia v Panama World Cup fan event

ZAGREB, 22 June 2026 – As the countdown continues to Croatia’s next World Cup match, preparations are under way in the heart of Zagreb for another evening of football, entertainment and fan celebrations.

The Croatian Football Federation’s (HNS) Vatreni Zone, operating under the slogan “Show Your Heart for the Champions”, has once again become a gathering point for supporters during the World Cup. Located on Zagreb’s Cvjetni Square, the fan zone welcomes visitors daily with a programme featuring entertainment, music and activities for all ages.

Visitors can also purchase official HNS merchandise, including authentic Croatia national team shirts. Minix figurines of Croatia’s national team players are also available and can currently be purchased exclusively at the Vatreni Zones on Cvjetni Square and at Tvornica Kulture.

A particularly lively atmosphere is expected on 23 June ahead of Croatia’s World Cup encounter with Panama. The programme begins at 5 p.m., with fans able to enjoy a range of activities throughout the evening, including football-themed games, table football, interactive attractions and prize competitions.

Food and drink will also be available, including fan-themed burgers and other refreshments.

The musical entertainment will be provided by popular Croatian supporters’ band Zaprešić Boys, who will perform from 9 p.m. in Zagreb’s city centre.

The highlight of the evening will be the live screening of the Croatia-Panama match on a giant screen, with organisers expecting another large turnout and a memorable World Cup atmosphere in the city centre.

• 17:00 – Vatreno Zagrijavanje (Warm-Up Programme)
• 21:00 – Zaprešić Boys Concert
• 01:00 – Panama v Croatia
