ZAGREB AUTO SHOW, the International Salon of Automobiles, Motorcycles, Commercial Vehicles and Supporting Industry, has opened in Zagreb on Tuesday April 5 2016…

At the Zagreb Auto Show, which will run until April 10 at the Zagreb Fair, visitors will be able to see their favourite vehicle brands in premiere editions, many of which will have their premiere shows right after the Geneva Salon.

There will be a total of 440 exhibitors from 33 countries at 70,000 m2 of exhibition space – 14 pavilions and open-air space.

The Salon will also feature 70 PREMIERES; CARS – 4 world vice-premieres and 34 Croatian premieres; COMMERCIAL VEHICLES – 4 world premieres, 1 world vice-premiere, 3 European vice-premieres and 2 Croatian premieres and MOTORCYCLES/QUADRICYCLES – 22 Croatian premieres. There will be 81 car, motorcycle and commercial vehicle brands; 29 card brands, 35 motorcycle brands, 17 commercial vehicle brands.

For the first time at the Car Salon there will be two Croatian manufacturers of electric vehicles and scooters, including the famous Rimac Automobili. Market leaders in the field of spare parts, service equipment, leasing companies and home and foreign oil industry have confirmed their participation as well.

Zagreb Auto Show will also be live at the centre of the City of Zagreb at the Ban Josip Jelačić Square, until 10 April, where at a specially designed space called PIT STOP daily presentations of sponsors, exhibitors and organizers will take place.

The Salon will be officially inaugurated by Mr. Milan Bandić, Mayor of the City of Zagreb, on Tuesday, 5 April 2016 at 18.00 h in the Zagreb Fair Congress Hall. The official opening will be preceded by the Biker’s Show, gathering of bikers at the Ban Josip Jelačić square, whose parade will announce the opening of the Zagreb Auto Show.
