World Etno Music Festival “Just Be” in Motovun

This year’s World Etno Music Festival “Just Be”, which runs from 5- 7 October in the Croatian town of Motovun in Istria, will pay special attention to various cultures in the world with the aim to foster interpersonal tolerance, and tolerance and compassion as the foundation of human relationships.

Proceeds from ticket sales and products sold during the festival will go to the creation of a center which will work on raising awareness and helping disadvantaged social groups.

The music programme will feature prominent international and local artists who combine traditional folk and contemporary jazz sound including one of the best producers of dub reggae music, Mad Professor, also musicians Sister Audrey, Tamara Obrovac and Transhistria Ensembl, Stefanovski Trio, Roadmap, D. Lapaine, Le Choir, and Tribal Jam Orchestra. There will be several dance performances and improvisations also during the three-day festival.
