Work Starts on €50 Million Luxury Resort in Rijeka

Work has started on the 50-million euro new luxury tourist resort Rijeka on Croatia’s northern Adriatic coast.

Costabella Luxury Resort & Spa, which is being built on around 2 hectares of land in the suburb of Kostabela, is set to open for tourists in 2020.

It is planned that the resort will include a 4 or 5-star hotel, 21 exclusive villas, 54 apartments, congress hall, swimming pools and fitness and wellness centres.

Czech Republic Group JHT will invest around 50 million euros in the project, employing over 200 people, reports Novi List.
