7 hotels, 500 apartments, 200 villas, a 27-hole golf course, and a marina big enough for 400 moorings will be built in Tri sestrice in Doli, 27 kilometres west of Dubrovnik by 2016. The project, reportedly worth around 920 million euros, has one of  Malaysia’s largest investors, Vincent Tan backing it. “Besides him (Tan), we already have deals with four more large international investors who we have been negotiating with for the last few years,” said Vicenco Blagajić from Profectus, the company in charge of the project’s development.
