CroatiaWork on one of the largest projects in Croatia, ‘The Croatian Dream’, has begun near Dubrovnik, despite a start date of 2014 being earlier announced…

7 hotels, 500 apartments, 200 villas, a 27-hole golf course, and a marina big enough for 400 moorings will be built in Tri sestrice in Doli, 27 kilometres west of Dubrovnik by 2016. The project, reportedly worth around 920 million euros, has one of  Malaysia’s largest investors, Vincent Tan backing it. Property tycoon Tan, whose also controls the lottery in the Philippines and Malaysia, is estimated to be worth 10 billion USD.
