Winter Olympics 2018: Croatia Selects Flag Bearer for 20-Strong Team

32-year-old Alpine skier Natko Zrncic Dim will become the 8th flag bearer for Croatia after it was announced today that he will carry it a the opening ceremony of the Winter Olympic Games in PyeongChang.

Zrncic Dim is the oldest member of the 20-strong Croatian team which will take part in the 2018 Winter Olympic Games starting in South Korea on 9 February.

20 Croatians will compete in four sports at this year’s games, the highest number of Croatian athletes competing in a winter Olympic Games since the 2006 Olympics in Turin.

The Olympic Winter Games will be held in Korea for the first time in 30 years after the Seoul Olympic Games in 1988 and will feature 15 disciplines over 16 days.
