Werder Bremen Sign Croat on 3.5 Year Deal

UEFA Cup winners and 4 times German Bundesliga champions SV Werder Bremen have signed Croat Mateo Pavlovic from Croatian 1st division side NK Zagreb for 3 and a half years on Monday.

“I am very happy. I have fulfilled my life dream. I always wanted to play in the Budesliga. This is a huge step in my career,” said the 22-year-old new signing.

The U-21 Croatia international has reportedly earn’t his club 1.5 million euro out of the deal that will see the talented defender move immediately to Weserstadion.
