CroatiaThe Croatian national football team has arrived at Tivoli Ecoresort, its base camp for the World Cup in Brazil, after a long flight from Zagreb…

The squad travelled via Lisbon to Salvador, and then a further hour by bus to Praia do Forte in Bahia, where they will stay for at least the next 20 days, and hopefully longer. The hosts organised a welcome party for the Croatian players and coaching staff, and after coach Niko Kovač cancelled a scheduled training session and had the players do a fitness session at the complex instead.
