VIDEO: Magical Salajland Christmas Park Opens

Salajland opens

Croatia’s most famous family Christmas lights display and Christmas theme park has opened for the season.

For the last 16 Christmases in a row, the Salaj family home in Grabovnica near the central Croatian town of Čazma has been a major attraction for locals and tourists.

This year a record 2.5 million lights where switched on at Salajland theme park on 1 December 2017 to officially open the park.

Visitors can enjoy ice skating, crafts, and homemade products in the Advent Village, firework displays, quality food and drink and activities for the kids.

Salajland will be open from 15:00 to 21:00 for visitors every day until 14 January 2018.
