19 January 2019 – New Zealand-based Samoan a capella group Klapa Samoana will perform for the first time in America next month.

Christian and Austin Malietoa Brown from Klapa Samoana Vocal Ensemble will perform at the Croatian American Club in Phoenix, Arizona.

The duo, who went viral in Croatia last summer when they sang a rendition of Mladen Grdovic’s ‘Nije u šoldima sve’ after Croatia beat England to reach the World Cup final, will play at the Croatia Phoenix 2nd Annual Soccer Tournament from 15 – 18 February 2019.

Christian and Austin are coming off recent tours to Croatia last summer, where they performed in Zagreb, Maslenica, Trogir, Krapanj island, Primošten, Makarska and Dubrovnik, and Australia, where they visited Melbourne, Sydney, Adelaide and Canberra.

The pair say they plan to visit America again, as well as Australia in 2019.
