VIDEO: Dcoumentary About Hajduk Split’s Torcida To Premier In Zagreb

A documentary film about the passionate supporters of famous Croatian football club Hajduk Split is set have its premier screening in Zagreb at the 22nd Days of Croatian Film.

Brda 21000 Split (Hills Village 21000 Split) is a documentary by Silvio Mirosnicenko which in a Fellini style represents the inhabitants of an unusual neighbourhood who all have one thing in common, the Split club Hajduk is their religion.

The film traces the lives of dentist and writer, a former boxer who had a career in Germany, the hard rock band ‘Pas Maters’, whose charismatic front man and lead singer mysteriously disappeared, an old soccer supporter with the last name Hajduk, just like the club, an ex-hooligan diligently studying in a night school and many others. The complex portrait of an unusual Split neighbourhood and its even more unusual inhabitants with Hajduk as their religion will screen at 8pm tomorrow night at SC Zagreb.
