Croatian TV chef Almo Čatlak this year completed 10 years of his cooking show ‘TV-kuhanja’ (TV-cooking). Čatlak’s show, which shows viewers how to prepare a meal from start to finish in a 3-4 minute clip, was broadcast on Croatian TV for the past decade. In that period Čatlak has produced over 2,000 videos.

Tuna – 250 g
Butter – 100 g
Mayonnaise – 100 g
Gherkins – 3
Roasted peppers – 1
Anchovies – 4
Capers – 1/2 teaspoon
Parsley – 1 tablespoon
Ketchup – 2 tablespoons
Tabasco sauce


1. In a blender put the tuna, anchovies, butter and mayonnaise and blend together.

2. Add the gherkins, roasted paprika and capers and blend further.

3. Add a the ketchup, few drops of tabasco and fresh chopped parsley and blend again.

4. Serve on toast
