Unlucky 13 for Marin Čilić at Wimbledon

Marin_CilicMarin Čilić has been knocked out of Wimbledon in the quarter-finals on Wednesday, going down to World number one Novak Djoković in straight sets…

It was unlucky number 13 for the Croat, who had failed to beat the Serbian in their previous 12 encounters. Djoković was too good for Čilić, not allowing the him the opportunity to break his serve at all during the match, at the All England Club, advancing through to the semi-finals with a 6-4, 6-4, 6-4 win in just under two hours.

Čilić will next be in action at the ATP tour tournament in Washington on 3 August.
