Unemployment Rate Hits 21.1%

The unemployment rate was down 1.2 percentage points from the previous month thanks to the traditional seasonal trend with the start of the tourist season. Despite falling in April, on a yearly level Croatia’s unemployment rate has increased by 0.2 percentage points since a year ago when it was 20.9 percent.
According to the Croatian Employment Service, 354,449 people were registered as unemployed in April.
