U2 Star Holidaying in Croatia

Great advert for Croatia…

U2’s official Facebook page, which has over 17 million fans, posts photo from Croatia.

The photo on U2’s Facebook page was posted by bassist Adam Clayton who is holidaying on the Croatian coast.

“The night before Edges birthday” – Adam wrote as he posted a photo of Cavtat where he is relaxing. Edge, who is also a band member, turns 55 today.

Cavtat, on the Adriatic Sea is located around 15 kilometres south of Dubrovnik. The photo, which has gathered over 38,000 likes has attracted a lot of attention from fans.

It is unclear whether Edge is also in town and will be celebrating his birthday with Clayton and friends in Croatia. U2 have performed in Croatia twice before.
