The list of 75 players who have filed the necessary paperwork to be included in June’s NBA draft features 43 from American Colleges, 31 from outside of North America and one from the development NBA league. Among the names are two of Croatia’s brightest basketball hopes – 20-year-old Dario Šarić, who was this seasons MVP in the regional ABA league, and Zadar’s Marko Ramljak (21). Like Šarić, Ramljak has represented Croatia at all youth levels. Players wishing to enter the 2014 NBA Draft were required to submit a letter to the NBA to be received no later than Sunday, April 27. Players who have applied for early entry have the right to withdraw their names from consideration for the Draft. The draft is set for 26 June this year.
