The mobile application “Croatian Cuisine” is a gastronomic guide to the indigenous Croatian gastronomy. Original dishes, the best recipes and superb Croatian restaurants – can all be found in one place. Besides the characteristics of a classic cookbook with ingredients and cooking instructions for all dishes, this application is also a culinary guide that provides access to a georeferenced map helping its users to discover the origin of Croatian national delicacies and best national restaurants where they can be tasted.

“The aroma of traditional polenta from Lika or pasta with sour cream from Zagorje, the sweet taste of homemade corn bread, prosciutto, olives, the smell of cooked sausage with cabbage, cabbage rolls, or blood-sausages, salty sardines, Dalmatian stew, Strudel from Zagorje or pork cracklings, the smell of donuts or rožata… Those are all remarkable authentic flavors and fragrances that remind us of Croatia!,” say the developers, adding that the application is a true gastronomic guide packed with photos.
