Tidiest Towns In Croatia Awarded

As part of the environmental educational campaign “Volim Hrvatsku” (I love Croatia), the Croatian National Tourist Board has announced the winners of the Tidiest Towns in Croatia awards.

The awards were split into categories based on population sizes and regions.On Croatia’s Adriatic coast the winners were Dubrovnik, Vodice, Brela and Veli Losinj, while in continental Croatia, the tidiest towns awards went to Varazdin, Virovitica, Gospic and Prelog.

The awards will officially be handed out to the respective towns at an awards ceremony next week as part of the “Days of Tourism” in Dubrovnik.
