ZAGREB, April 29 (Hina) – On Wednesday, three tram lines were reopened in Zagreb, after the tram services were suspended for several weeks as part of the measures to suppress the spread of the coronavirus infection.

One of the introduced tram lines is the line no.3  within the route “Ljubljanica – Ulica Grada Vukovara – Savisce”, the ZET public transportation company has reported.

The reopened tram line no.5 will cover the route from Precko through Savska Cesta Street to Zitnjak, and the tram line no.14 will cover the route from Ljubljanica via Savska Cesta Street and Jadranski Most Bridge to Zaprudje.

The damage caused by the 22 March earthquake is making the reintroduction of tram services in the whole of Zagreb still difficult.
