Three songs on Oliver Dragojević’s new album trending on YouTube

The posthumous album Dolaziš by Oliver Dragojević is already breaking records, with three songs entering YouTube’s trending chart within just 24 hours of release.

The tracks Na dnu mora, Kapetan bez broda, and the title single Dolaziš have struck a powerful chord with fans, who have flooded the video comments with heartfelt tributes and messages.

The album, released by Aquarius Records, features twelve previously unreleased tracks and is available on all major streaming platforms, as well as on CD.

A vinyl release is also planned for autumn.

Previously teased with the singles Ne mogu ti reći and Vrime je, the full album brings nine additional songs steeped in Oliver’s unmistakable musical soul.

Fans will also be delighted with special collaborations featuring Tedi Spalato, Marijan Ban, Zbor Izvor, Klapa Šuft, and Edo Bralić.

The title track, Dolaziš, penned by long-time collaborator Vinko Barčot, has an especially poignant backstory.

“After ‘Kad mi dođeš ti’, I wrote Dolaziš, which Oliver recorded in demo form back in 2010,” Barčot shared. “I’m grateful that his family embraced the song and that, after so many years, it’s finally seeing the light of day. I hope it resonates with listeners as much as the others.”

The song is accompanied by a beautifully crafted music video, directed by Toni Mijač, who also directed the video for Vrime je. Mijač explains that the visual story of Dolaziš serves as a subtle continuation of Vrime je, exploring the emotional longing and imagined reunion between two souls.

“The video is filled with references to Oliver’s iconic imagery,” Mijač noted. “It was both an honour and a challenge to contribute to Oliver’s legacy, and I hope we’ve created something he would have been proud of.”

The album Dolaziš will be officially presented on 28 July in Vela Luka, the day before the annual Trag u beskraju concert – held each year on the anniversary of Oliver’s passing.
