Spurs Targeting Modric Return

Croatian midfield star Luka Modric may find himself back at White Hart Lane in north London, if reports in the British media come to fruition.

With the transfer deadline still a month away, rumours are rife in the UK that Tottenham want Modric back and will use Gareth Bale as bait. It has been reported that Spurs will let Bale go to Real Madrid for a world-record transfer fee of above 80 million GBP plus Modric.
Manchester United have also expressed interest in signing Modric away from Real Madrid, but time will tell as speculation is bound to increase as the end of August deadline draws nearer.
