Split Shaken By Earthquake

Residents in the Dalmatian city of Split were rattled on Thursday afternoon after an earthquake hit the coastal city.

It has been reported that the quake was felt in nearby Trogir, Sinj and even on the islands of Brac and Hvar. The earthquake, which hit at around 14:20pm, reportedly measured 4.1 on the Richter scale, with an epicentre of around 20 kilometers north of Split with a depth of 5 kilometres.
