Romanians Acquire Croatia’s First Group Buying Website

CroatiaWeek
The first ever Croatian online group buying website Kolektiva has been bought by its Romanian competitors Zumzi, reports Netokracija

Zumzi, who besides Romania, also operate in Bulgaria, Serbia and Moldova, have acquired the Croatian group buying pioneers for an undisclosed amount. Group buying websites, also known as collective buying sites, offer products and services at significantly reduced prices on the condition that a minimum number of buyers would make the purchase. Kolektiva, who were once leaders in that segment in Croatia, have reportedly been struggling in recent times.
