ZAGREB, 26 May 2020 – English band Placebo will not be returning to the Croatian capital Zagreb this summer to perform their planned one-off concert.

Placebo has cancelled all of their gigs for 2020, including their planned concert at ŠRC Šalata in Zagreb on 15 July 2020.

Organisers of the concert and the band’s management are working on a new date, and more details will be known later this year or at the start of 2021.

“From June 1 to July 14, 2020, it will be possible to refund all customers to whom the new date will not suit from the outlet where the ticket was purchased. Anyone who decides to keep their tickets will be able to use them for the concert in 2021,” organisers said.

After a nearly two-year hiatus from playing concerts, during which they worked on new songs in the studio, Placebo was set to return this summer with Zagreb one of the first destinations.

Placebo last played in Zagreb four years ago at the Drazen Petrovic Hall.
