ZAGREB, 21 March 2020 – Croatia has been donated 11.5 tonnes of protective equipment from the government of the United Arab Emirates to help fight the coronavirus, HINA said.
Late last night, a plane with the equipment landed in the capital Zagreb.

The donation of the equipment means that the government does not need to earmark budget funds for the necessary equipment for the time being, the government said in a brief statement.

The equipment will be distributed across medical facilities in the country.
