[PHOTOS] Hotel Park – Rovinj’s New Luxury 5-Star Hotel

A new luxury 5-star hotel in Rovinj is set to be one of the largest investment projects in Croatian tourism history…

The old Hotel Park, which is located just 10 minutes walk from Rovinj town, will be replaced with a brand new 5-star hotel. The new 6-level hotel, which has stunning views of the old town, will feature 193 suites and 16 luxury suites which overlook the Adriatic sea and Rovinj.

Close to 600 million kuna will be invested in the new hotel, which will also include a luxurious Spa & Wellness centre, swimming pools, shops and restaurants and bars.

Work on bringing the old hotel down is set to start this month, with the new hotel set to be ready to open at the start of the 2018 season. The architects in charge of the designing the hotel are Studio 3LHD.

“The investment (close to 600 million kuna) is not just in the construction of the hotel, but also in improving the promenade, roads and landscape of the are. Around 100 staff will be employed at the hotel when it opens”, Adris Group, owners of the hotel, said in a statement.
