Ante Čačić has put his Croatia side, who were decked out in their new training kit, through their first paces in their build-up towards Euro 2016 in Zagreb on Monday night…
Croatia kick off their Euro 2016 build-up campaign with two matches over the next five days. On Wednesday (23 March) they face Israel in Osijek, before heading to Budapest to meet Hungary on Saturday (26 March).
“We have two matches against good opponents and I hope we play as we should,” Fiorentina striker Nikola Kalinić said.
“There is a good atmosphere in Osijek, I remember how it was in our match against Azerbaijan there – a good match and excellent support,” Sporting Gijon midfielder Alen Halilović added.
