PHOTOS: Croatia Arrives in Russia

The Croatian football team has landed in Russia on Monday afternoon. Zlatko Dalic and his team landed in St. Petersburg just after 1:30 pm today.
The squad is now on its way to its base camp at the Woodland Rhapsody Resort at Illichevo, which is approximately 60 kilometres from St. Petersburg.
The Croatia national team will be based at Woodland Rhapsody Resort during the FIFA World Cup in Russia and will travel to games from there.
Woodland Rhapsody Resort is set in a peaceful location between a forest and a lake and will be an ideal location for Dalic and the squad to prepare in ahead of three challenging group matches.
The national team will hold practice sessions at the completely new, attractive small stadion at Roshchino, a 15-minute drive from the resort. The training centre has been build for the World Cup, with the capacity of 500 spectators. During the World Cup, this centre will also host the press-centre for the media representatives.
Valeri Savinov, the governor of Roshchino has promised the maximum hospitality for the Croatia national team, fans, and media representatives during the World Cup.
Croatia will face Nigeria first in Russia on 16 June before meeting Argentina on 21 June. The final group match is against Iceland on 26 June.
