One of the World’s ‘Biggest Movie Stars’ Arrives in Dubrovnik to Shoot Scenes for Film

India’s most famous actor Shah Rukh Khan (49) is in town to shoot high action scenes for Yash Raj Films` upcoming movie `Fan`. Khan, who is reportedly worth around 600 million USD and has been described as ‘the world’s biggest movie star’ by the Los Angeles Times, arrived in Croatia with a crew of around 60 others from India, Korea and America. A number of extras from Dubrovnik will be used for the scenes which will showcase the popular Croatian city to an audience in the hundreds of millions.

The Croatian producers of the film, which begins shooting today, say that most of the scenes will be shot on Dubrovnik’s famous Stradun and the city stone walls. Khan and the crew will be in town for the next week.
