Oliver Dragojević: “I Would Like to Record Duet with Bruno Mars”

Croatia WeekLegendary Croatian singer Oliver Dragojević has done a lot in his 40-year-career, but he still has a couple of unfulfilled wishes – including recording a duet with American singer-songwriter Bruno Mars…

Dragojević (65), who has played concerts all over the world including at London’s Royal Albert Hall, was speaking on Zagreb radio station Antena this morning ahead of his sold out Zagreb concert tonight, and revealed a couple of his wishes as an artist.

“My unfulfilled desire is that I never recorded a duet with Ray Charles,” said Dragojević, before revealing which current artist he would most like to record with. “Out of the young artists I’d like to record a duet with Bruno Mars,” Oliver said.

Oliver, who was raised on the southern Dalmatian island of Korčula, has had an illustrious career in Croatia, producing 38 records, countless number one hits and icon status in the country.
