New Perfume Collection Dedicated to Croatian Cities & Islands

Croatian Collection (Croatian Perfume House)

A new collection of perfumes inspired by the beauty of Croatia has just been released.

“When you travel around Croatia, you simply can not remain indifferent to the beauty you come across. From the mainland to the Adriatic coast, there are so many things, places, natural phenomena that simply want to make you do something special and give them recognition. That is how the idea of perfumes dedicated to Croatian cities and islands was born”, Tomislav Vrbanec, head perfumer at the Croatian Perfume House.

Dubrovnik

The Croatian Perfume House has released special scents for Dubrovnik, Opatija, Split, Pula, Zadar, Šibenik, Osijek, Varaždin, Krk, Cres, Lošinj, Rab, Pag, Hvar, Brač and Vis, as well as for four regions – Dalmatia, Istria, Slavonia and Kvarner.

Split

The perfumes have been created to characterize the special smells and scents for the places which they have been named after.

For example, the perfume dedicated to Zadar is inspired by the scents of the sea with the Sea Organ, Maraska Sour cherries spiced with the sun.

Zadar

Opatija’s inspiration is found in the fragrant which is the symbol of Opatija – the camellia flower. Varaždin is based on the Drava forest and is full of various plant species, whilst Hvar has Lavanda, agave and tamaris aromas.
