Most Popular Car Brands In Croatia Revealed

There were 1,997 new cars purchased in Croatia during October, 230 more cars than were bought in September but 1,145 less than in October 2011, reports business.hr.

The most popular brand of car in Croatia bought in the first 9 months of this year was Volkswagen, making up just over 13 percent of all sales. Peugeot was second, with 8.8 percent of the market and Opel in third place with 8.4 percent.

Citroen, Hyundai, Chevrolet, Skoda, Kia and Ford make up the top ten. There were 1,924 luxury car brands purchased in the first 9 months of the year, 941 Audi’s, 661 BMW’s, 252 Mercedes, 37 Land Rover’s and 33 Porsche’s.
