More Free Wi-Fi Hotspots now Available in Croatia

RabCroatia’s Ministry of Tourism have added a further 32 new free Wi-Fi hotspots around the country this month, as it steps up its Hotspot Croatia 2014 Programme…

A further 172,500 kuna (22,000 euros) has gone into adding the new hotspots in 21 towns across the country. The main objective of the programme is to enable the use of free wireless Internet access at the busiest tourist destinations in the country. It is not just the popular Croatian coast where hotspots have been opened up, with the latest round focusing on the continental part of the country.

“Continental Counties have great tourism potential, and by increasing tourist offerings in these places we are laying the foundations for their development,” said Minister Darko Lorencin.
