Croatia’s neighbours Montenegro have cheekily used a photo of Dubrovnik to promote its tourism in the Slovenian market. Portal dubrovnik.net.hr have published the photo which shows an advertisement for a package deal to Montenegro, only problem is a night shot of Dubrovnik accompanies the offer …mistake or?
