Michelin Star Chefs in Town for Istria Gourmet Festival

The Istria Gournet Festival – Spring will be held in Rovinj on 3 April 2017.

The Istria Gourmet Festival is organised by the Istria Tourist Board, in collaboration with the Maistra hotel company. The aim of the festival is to discover new world trends as well as the perspective of a possible development of Istrian enogastronomy.

Along with excellent lectures and show cooking by renowned Michelin Star chefs, this festival also offers the possibility to socialise and exchange experiences as well as to ask questions.
