Croatian striker Mario Mandzukic has picked up from where he left off last season, scoring for Bayern Munich in their Bundesliga season opener at the Alianz Arena on Friday night. ‘Super Mario’ found the back of the net to make it 2:0 as Bayern Munich beat Borussia Moenchengladbach 3:1 to give new coach Pep Guardiola a winning start in his new job.
