The name Robert Murić might not be a household one, but the young Croatian is certainly on the lips of some of Europe’s biggest football clubs…
According to reports in the media over the weekend, the 17-year-old Dinamo Zagreb and Croatia U17 striker is the transfer target of both Chelsea and Manchester United. Reports suggest that United are willing to pay 6,000.000 euro for the Varaždin-born teen. Scouts say that Murić could well be the first Croat ever at Old Trafford. It is not only the English who are reportedly interested in Murić, with Juventus, Monaco, and PSG also making enquiries.
“During the U17 World Cup scouts from Juventus, Monaco, and PSG also made enquiries about Murić, so I would not be surprised about Manchester United’s interest,” said Dinamo’s Academy Director Romeo Jozak.
