Manchester United and City Scouts in Shock at Croatian Talent

Scouts from English football giants Manchester United and Manchester City were amazed with what they saw when they were on hand at Zagreb’s Maksimir stadium on Saturday evening taking in the Croatian derby between Dinamo Zagreb and Hajduk Split.

The scouts were in Zagreb to watch Dinamo’s talented young duo of Mateo Kovacic and 16 year-old Alen Halilovic.

“I dropped them off at Zagreb airport, they are still in shock. They said that neither Manchester United or City have two talents like that. As I understood, at Dinamo’s next match in the Champions League, the scouts will not come over but more important people from the Manchester clubs will come and watch them.” said the scouts host on the trip to the Croatian capital to  newspaper Jutarnji list.
