Man City Coming To Zagreb For Halilovic

Croatian daily newspaper Jutarnji list have reported that a three-member delegation from wealthy English premier league club Manchester City will be in Zagreb at the end of the week to put a deal on the table for Dinamo Zagreb’s 16-year-old maestro Alen Halilovic.

The newspaper said that the delegation heading to the Croatian capital will also include Manchester City owner Sheikh Mansour bin Zayed bin Sultan Al Nahyan.

Dinamo Zagreb Chairman Zdravko Mamic will have a dilemma on his hands if the offer is too good to refuse. Although the club is in need of a financial boost, Halilovic has only just broke into the first team, playing a handful of minutes in the UEFA Champions League, meaning his asking price is sure to rise as he gets more exposure. Halilovic scored a superb left-footed goal on Saturday for his club against Zadar in the Croatian National League.
