18-times English league champions Liverpool FC are set to make a 12 million euro offer to Spanish side Seville for their Croatian midfielder Ivan Rakitic, claims British portal Caught Offside.
The source says that the ‘reds’ manager Brendan Rogers is looking to Rakitic to strengthen up his midfield for next season after unsuccessful attempts in securing the services of Joe Allen and Nuri Sahin. Caught Offiside claim that the Anfield club will send an official offer to Seville for Rakitic, who was one of Seville’s stand out players this season netting 11 times.
