Konzum To Go Private

Croatia’s largest private company Agrokor has launched a bid to take its Konzum supermarket chain private. The Ivica Todoric run company is offering 148 kuna (20 euros) per share for the remaining 13% of shares that they do not own.
The company says that there will be no change in strategy for Konzum, which is the countries largest supermarket chain, despite the offer to take it private.
