“Irresistible Croatia”, which weighs 70 kilograms, is 165 centimetres tall, 140 centimetres wide with over 900 square metres of paper, features information about Croatia’s culture, economy and tourism from local experts, accompanied by a host of top class photographs showcasing Croatia’s natural and historical beauties.

“The idea for the largest catalogue in the world came about after we recognised the huge promotion potential for Croatia which the Guinness World Record brings. I contacted their headquarters in London and got consent to create the largest catalogue in the world,” said author Suncana Matić.

Currently the world record for the largest of its kind is held by a German catalogue, a record which has not been broken in the last decade, but Matic’and her team of 30 are set to do just that. (pic: LUX)
