IKEA Zagreb to Open on 21 August

Ikea2The first IKEA store in the Croatian capital Zagreb will open its doors to the public on 21 August at 10:00am…

The Swedish retail giants have been constructing the 38,000 square metre store in Rugavica, east of Zagreb, and the store will have over 9,500 products on offer when they open their doors next month.

“The opening is 21 August at 10:00am. We’ve completed this challenging job, and now we are in the final phase of obtaining permits for the premise and doing landscaping around,” IKEA Croatia’s Director Dragan Skalušević told daily Vecernji list.

IKEA have 340 staff members in Zagreb, and plan to employ more.
