Hajduk Split To Sign Kaka’s Cousin

After doing a deal to become a feeder club for one of Brazil’s most successful clubs Fluminense FC, Hajduk Split are about to be bolstered with the arrival of two Brazilians from the Brazilian champions, and according to Croatian media, one is the cousin of Real Madrid star Kaka.

Croatian newspaper Slobodna Dalmacija reports that 19-year-old Fluminense FC midfielder Higor Rodrigues Leite, a cousin of Kaka, is set to join Hajduk Split in the new year along with 20-year-old striker Matheus Carvalho.

It is planned that Hajduk Split will be a base for those Brazilians who are not regular first team players. Higor has played 177 minutes so far this season, whilst Carvalho has played 192 minutes.
