The Croatian city of Split, renowned for producing countless sport stars, will be offering a month of free sports activities organised by trainer Sanja Žuljević, and with the support of the Tourist Board of Split.

The goal of the festival of sports project called “Tuta forca” is to inspire and activate the people of Split and their guests to get out of their comfort zone, discover new activities and acquire healthy living habits.

Rocket to summer, crazy zoo dance, street dance, sup, yoga, Nordic walking, free climbing, running school, breathing meditation and plogging activities are what await all visitors.

All activities are carried out outdoors and are completely free, and more information about the dates and how to apply can be found on the website https://tutaforca.com/

“What is also extremely important to us and what we want to pass on to each of us is to raise awareness of the need to care for the environment and take responsibility for our contribution to the preservation of the planet.

Think globally, act locally is a well-known saying applicable today, more than ever. Given that Split is a city with a thousand-year history, but also with thousands of annual visitors, it is important to preserve its wealth and create a healthy approach and habit of caring for the environment.

Plogging is a combination of activity and environmental awareness and as such is an extremely useful hobby that combines being in nature, moving, socialising and cleaning the environment and is an ideal way to maintain our own health and the nature we inhabit – at the same time!,” organisers said, inviting fellow citizens to get active and participate in the month of free sports activities.
