Previously unbeaten in the tournament, Croatia once again could not overcome the French and now means that even wins against Russia and Poland in their final round matches will not guarantee them a semi-final spot.If Sweden and France beat Poland and Russia then it will all hinge on the final round of matches. In the last round Sweden play France, and a win by the Swedes will mean Croatia will be on the plane home.
