Watch out for the Mastercard Food Truck. 

Top Croatian chef and owner of Zagreb restaurant RougeMarin, Marin Medak, is off on a gastro-tour around Croatia this summer.

Medak and the Mastercard Food Truck with local specialties will be visiting cities and towns across the country over the next month.

The Food Truck will stop in Pula, Rijeka, Pag, Šibenik, Omiš, Dubrovnik and Zagreb serving things like tuna burgers, lamb, anchovies, Komiska pogaca, mussels na buzru, octopus salad, risotto, cheeses and more.

“Creating a new dish is always a challenge that does not leave you indifferent, so even with these meals I’ve set up relying on our Mediterranean tradition, local food and cooking techniques that I have used and replenished in the street food dimension. Today’s busy lifestyle forces us to eat on the run, so why not eat healthy, tasty and something properly cooked,” said Marin Medak.

Mastercard and Maestro cardholders will get 15% discounts from the Food Truck.
