Fodor’s Travel 10 Places to Go List Includes Dalmatian Town

CroatiaOne of the world’s leading travel information providers has named the southern Dalmatian town of Cavtat in its list of 10 Places to Go this Summer

The editors and experts of Fodor’s have placed the Croatian tourist town in third place on its list, a great bit of promotion just ahead of the tourist season.

“Let the crowds battle for hotel rooms in Dubrovnik during the 65th Annual Dubrovnik Summer Festival, which includes music, Shakespearean performances, dance, and much more (July 10–August 25). The quiet coastal town of Cavtat, just 10 miles away, offers easy access to the Dalmatian hub along with an under-the-radar art scene, waterfront restaurants, beaches, and boating activities” – writes Fodor’s, whose list also included World Cup hosts Brazil, Istanbul, Aspen, Melaka, and Vienna.

Fodor’s has published more than 440 guides (in 14 series) on over 300 destinations, and has more than 700 permanently placed researchers all over the world.
