The first Shrimp House in the country recently opened its doors on the popular Dalmatian island of Hvar. The restaurant is part of Hotel Riva & BB Club terrace which is situated on Hvar’s stunning waterfront.
Adriatic shrimps, cooked in a number of different ways with a number of different flavours, are obviously the star of the menu at the restaurant. From freshly breaded shrimps cooked in coconut, to shrimp tempura, to whole prawns grilled with asian, cajun, marmalade and spicy cocktail sauces, to shrimp soup, guests have over 20 different shrimp options.
Shrimp House expect to prepare over 3.5 tonnes of fresh shrimps this summer.
