First M·A·C Store to Open in Split

M·A·C (Make-up Art Cosmetics), one of the most famous make-up brands in the world, would be opening a store its second store in Croatia this summer in Split…

M·A·C, which opened its first store in the heart of downtown Zagreb in Preobraženska street last year, will open also in the heart of downtown Split. The Zagreb store is the biggest M·A·C store in south-east Europe, and after good interest, it seems M.A.C will expand its outlets in Croatia.

M·A·C Cosmetics was founded in Toronto, Ontario, Canada by Frank Toskan and Frank Angelo in 1984, with the first U.S MAC store opened in 1991, in New York. In 1996 Estée Lauder Companies acquired a controlling interest in MAC. Multiple Celebrities have endorsed the MAC products, such as: RuPaul, Lady Gaga, Cyndi Lauper, Elton John, Nicki Minaj, Christina Aguilera, Rihanna, Boy George, Ricky Martin, Dita Von Teese, and Mary J. Blige.
